Prepared Childbirth Classes

Prepared Childbirth classes will be held Thursday evenings in February, from 7pm to 9pm in Richland Memorial Hospital's lower level conference room. The classes will cover the basics of pregnancy, labor and birth, positioning for labor and birth, relaxation and breathing techniques, pain control, medical interventions, cesarean birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and basic newborn care.
