Personal Power: Activating the Leader Within

Special Teen Workshop!  Ages 13-19.  What do horses represent to you?  “Power” is often a common answer.  So what makes them powerful? They’re ability to be in the present moment, agility both physically and emotionally for survival, they’re strong muscular appearance and size.  I am inviting YOU to awaken the leader within, take a hold of the reins of your life, and discover where your source of power resides in your body and mind.  Develop the confidence to stand up to what creates dis-empowerment in your life. 
Through Non-riding horse activities you will learn how to: Build confidence, Lead from a place of authentic power, Connect with your body to activate your zone of leadership, Recognize and move beyond limiting thought and behavior patterns to achieve optimal performance and increased joy in life, and build emotional agility skills.
Registration fee of $75 includes workshop materials, lunch, snacks, and drinks. Fill out the Client Intake and Registration Form to register by August 4th
